Changing your Ring Tone

Sometimes, more than one person in the office with the same ring tone may lead to confusion.
The Cisco IP Phones can be configured so you can select your own ring.
To do this:

1. Press the settings button
2. Select User Preferences and press the Select soft key (or press 1)
3. Select Rings and press the Select soft key (or press 1)
4. Next screen select Default Ring and press the Select soft key (or press 1)
5. Scroll down to see the different ring tones (to preview it press the Play soft key)
6. Once you find the ring you would like to use, press the Select soft key
7. Press the Save soft key
8. Press the Exit soft key (three times) to exit the settings menu
